CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: 38th Annual Arts Awards

ArtsNL is now accepting nominations for the 38^th Annual Arts Awards. The live awards ceremony will take place at the Arts and Culture Centre in Stephenville on Friday, June 23, 2023.

Members of the public can submit one nomination in each of the following six categories:

ARTIST OF THE YEAR
ARTIST ACHIEVEMENT
ARTS IN EDUCATION
EMERGING ARTIST
HALL OF HONOUR
PATRON OF THE ARTS

New Information for the 38^th Annual Arts Awards:

• Self-nominations are no longer accepted.
• A multidisciplinary jury will select winners for each of the six awards.

Nominations must be completed online and will be accepted via the ArtsNL website. The submitted nomination form is regarded as a letter of support. Additional information on nominations and eligibility can also be found on our website.

ArtsNL will contact nominees to request support materials, which will inform the jury’s discussions. Electronically submitted support material (e.g., PDF; JPG; links to video) must be uploaded by the nominee. (Access to a cloud folder will be supplied to the nominee by ArtsNL.) Nominees must supply a bio and recent headshot to potentially be used in all Arts Awards-related publicity.

Nominations close Friday, April 7, 2023.

ArtsNL will contact nominees after the deadline for nominations has passed.
